3 credits. 4 hours. (Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 2 hours.) Prerequisite: CSIS 123 and CSIS 177. In-depth, hands-on experience utilizing the programming language of Access (Visual Basic for Access), a relational database management software package. This "object-oriented" language assists developers to use the full power of the database management package. Student will also learn to use several advanced features (of the constantly growing number of features) of the Access database management system.
