This course provides learners with an understanding of how nonfinancial managers might utilize and make decisions based on financial reports. Special emphasis is on interpretation of financial statements and accounting data. Learners develop an understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts, learn to apply various analytical methods to many types of financial information, and familiarize themselves with financial statements and records that enable them to make effective decisions.
