This course is an opportunity for learners to develop residential design solutions dealing with the clients' individual specifications. Solutions include development of a total plan for the structure including development of the interior spaces, the exterior (facade), finishing materials, and roof lines. Learners have the option of utilizing Computer Aided Design (CAD) in the presentation of design solutions. Prerequisite: IDES1634, IDES1650 and IDES1656.
