This course is a continuation of Training Principles & Methodology I (HEFI1601). Topics of study include the science, principles, and methods and techniques of cardiovascular; resistance; core strength; and flexibility training. Students learn advanced testing techniques including metabolic and VO2 maximum protocols. Students also learn to design and implement an overall wellness-fitness program. These techniques are applied in ATC's Human Performance Lab. Prerequisite: HEFI1601.
