This course meets Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) goal areas 1 and 7. Because multinational business is now the norm, intercultural communication provides you with an overview of the problems, issues, and processes involved in communicating with people of different countries and nationalities and increases understanding of the global village work place. Sub-cultural differences within our nation's borders are explored to better understand others by studying our own culture and value system. This course provides a foundation for improved intercultural communication skills.
