This course continues the introduction from COPR1606 to the methodology of programming from an object oriented perspective. It represents the second semester of an objects-first introductory track that covers the fundamental programming concepts in three semesters. Through the study of object design, this course also introduces the basics of human-computer interfaces. Subjects covered include: container/collection classes and iterations, virtual machines, searching, sorting, event driven programming, and foundations of human-computer interaction. Prerequisite: COPR1606.
