Prerequisites: ATM 1100 or MTC 2000 This is an advanced course for students in the Machine Tool Numerical Control Technology program and the Automation Systems Technology program. It is one of a series of courses designed to teach students how to diagnose and repair machine tools. The instructional approach is competency-based contextual learning. Course content includes an introduction to the components and systems of machine tools. Students will have hands-on opportunities to disassemble and repair machine tool components and systems.
