Prerequisite: Consent of instructor Internship students will be employed in positions of responsibility as supervisors or management trainees in the hospitality industry. They will be under the supervision of the employer with onsite visits by the instructor Students will complete a scheduled in-depth research report which includes evaluations by the employer. Students will be required to fulfill the obligation of employment for 16 weeks.
