Prerequisites: ( CIS 2434 and CIS 2838) OR (CIS 2434 and CIS 2839) OR at least 1 year experience with Linux, Microsoft Windows server and Network security in a medium to large company. With ever growing reliance on computers for every day life projects, and increased focus on security and breach of security and privacy, there is a need for a course which can help security professionals and law enforcement agencies learn ways to investigate security breaches. This course is designed to introduce a variety of operating systems investigation techniques, incident response tactics, and legal issues. The course helps learn forensic techniques and tools for both Microsoft Windows and Linux investigations. Course/lab fees
