Prerequisites: CUL 1210, CUL 1230, CUL 2480 This course will provide the student with a practical application of the skills and knowledge presented in their coursework. Students will be required to complete 120 hours working in an approved restaurant facility. Students will rotate through various management positions such as floor manager, kitchen manager and beverage manager.
