Prerequisites: CMN 1100, CMN 1200, CMN 1500, CMN 1700 or Consent of the instructor. This course will explore topics pertaining to the processes of construction estimating and bidding techniques. Those topics will include, but not limited to, the discussion and exploration of the identification and quantification of construction materials, labor and equipment for the construction bidding process. The use of computer estimating programs, industry standards and cost data publications will be used to develop estimates. Course/lab fees
