This course focuses on principles of designing and administering a child care center or family day care home, as well as the ability to work skillfully as a director and teacher in a child care program. Topics featured are: business proposal and funding, philosophies, parent and staff policies, budget, bill collecting and financial management, advertising, printed materials and parent involvement.
