Prerequisite: Completion of preceding VT courses (as listed in the degree curriculum) with a grade of "C" or better or approval of Program Director. This course is designed to provide the student with the cognitive skills to comprehend the principles of body function, which are basic to the performance of the skills expected of a Veterinary Technician. The course will cover comparative function of domestic animals beginning at the cellular level and progressing through the systems of the body. Three lecture hours a week. Credit: Three semester hours.
