Prerequisite: None. This course exposes the student to the forces and institutions governing the economic system. Topics covered include economic issues, scarcity, choice, supply and demand, the role of government, performance, macroeconomics theory and policy, Keynesian Model, money, aggregate supply, productivity, banking, and the world economy.
