Prerequisite: CIS 1113 and CS 1313. This course is a study of the structured programming language C++. Topics included are modular program design, logic structures, programming style, top-down design, syntax/semantics, input/output operations, file types, memory management, and data structures. Students are required to complete out-of-class programming assignments on a computer. Three lecture hours a week. Credit: Three semester hours.
