Prerequisite: GS 1103. This course will cover firearms design, function nomenclature, assembly and disassembly of guns, and minor gun repair. Factory updates for each gun will also be covered. The course will cover semi-automatic pistols, double-action revolvers, single-action revolvers, gas operated rifles, and lever action rifles. Two lecture and three laboratory hours a week. Credit: Three semester hours.
