Prerequisite: None. This course includes the preparation and use of forms and checklists for causes of action and procedures. These items will be applied to actual legal problems. Emphasis will be given to learning legal terminology, to client interviews and methods of extracting relevant information from them. Additionally, the course will examine the regulation of paralegals. Three lecture hours a week. Credit: Three semester hours.
