Prerequisite: None. This course is an in-depth study of the principles of real estate, designed to help an individual measure up to his/her potential in the real estate profession. Included in the course are sections on brokerage, property management, financing, appraising, investing, public control and taxation. This course qualifies the student to sit for the State Real Estate Commission Examination for a Broker license. Three lecture hours. Credit: Three semester hours.
