Prerequisite: None. This is a principles course designed to give the student a fundamental background for the real estate industry. Included in the course are sections on the Oklahoma real estate laws, laws of agency, contracts, deeds, mortgages, property right, titles, finance, taxation and appraising. This course qualifies the student to sit for the State Real Estate Commission Examination for a Sales Associate. Three lecture hours a week. Credit: Three semester hours.
