Nutrition and Health introduces the concepts of human digestion and nutrient absorption, addresses nutrients from the perspectives of diet sources and roles in physiology and homeostasis, and provides an overview of nutritional and eating disorders. Course material is presented in a variety of modalities, including group activities, lectures, class discussions, case studies, animations, and student presentations.
