AT 1500 - Portfolio Preparation Seminar

Lecture AT1011, AT1071, AT1111, AT1211, AT1311, AT1321, AT1411, AT1221 This one credit course is a venue for students to develop a portfolio of art work. Students will have the opportunity to create new work in the medium of their choice, participate in critiques, review portfolio requirements, survey art schools, explore professional options in the arts, and build a portfolio. Each semester, students will determine their current priorities and establish individual and group goals. Due to the individual nature of the class, students will have the opportunity to enroll for up to for up to 3 semesters as they build a body of work and develop their final portfolios. Students who are applying to an art school or an arts program should take this seminar the semester before their applications are due.
