3 Credits (3-0-0) This course is a study of the identification and culture of landscape plants, both woody and herbaceous, that are used in landscape operations in the southeast United States. Topics include: identification, culture, and applications for a selected variety of southeastern ornamental and native landscape plant material. Upon completion of this course students will be able to identify, specify, and prescribe basic maintenance programs for southern landscape plant materials. Prerequisite: None.
