3 Credits (3-0-0) This course covers a wide range of material about the Internet, from using the Internet to demonstrating how the Internet works, using different Internet protocols, programming on the Internet, the Internet technologies, infrastructure, security, and e-commerce. It introduces a variety of concepts and discusses in-depth the most significant aspects of Internet, such as the OSI model of networking. This course will help prepare for the CompTIA i-Net+ certification. Prerequisite: Basic computer skills.
