Provides the student with the opportunity to develop skills in identifying various pipe fittings and piping system nomenclature, and perform proper threading techniques. Students will use both motorized and manual threading equipment. Students will install threaded piping systems including proper use of unions and check valves, align and install socket weld piping systems and integrate socket weld with threaded piping systems. Prerequisite: FAB 201
