Explores developmentally and individually appropriate curriculum using a framework that includes the philosophy, goals and objectives, physical environment, teacher's role and parent's role in designing curriculum for young children birth to eight years. Students will explore various methods and techniques for supporting development and learning for children with exceptionalities. Specific early childhood curriculum models of will be reviewed in depth and compared to other curriculum models. (3 lec, 0 lab) Prerequisite: ECE 220 or permission
