An introductory pathology course, that includes a comprehensive overview of general pathology, including: immunology, toxicology, common diseases of domestic animals, zoonotic implications and preventive measures. Course meets four lecture hours per week and provides four credit hours. Prerequisites: VET 1044 and VET 1144. Any grade below a "C" is unacceptable in the Veterinary Technology Program and the course must be retaken for the completion of the degree.
