This is a course in interactive computer-aided drafting using the most current version of SolidWorks. It provides hands-on training in the areas of the SolidWorks User Interface, Parametric Modeling Fundamentals, Constructive Solid Geometry Concepts, Model History Tree, Parametric Constraints, BORN Technique and Work Features, Part Drawings, and Associative Functionality, Symmetrical Features in Designs, Geometric construction Tools, Parent/Child Relationships, and Assembly Modeling. Lecture three hours. Laboratory three hours. Prerequisite: EGT 1124.
