The theory of purposes, doses, properties, actions and reactions associated with specific drugs in relation to diseases. Drugs are presented with effects to the various body systems. Formulas for conversion of measures from the apothecary to the Metric System, as well as formulas for calculations of dosages for infants and children are reinforced during this course. Prerequisite: LPN 1102 Pharmacology I and all previous term courses. This course is a prerequisite to all subsequent term courses.
