This course introduces the basic elements, principles, and techniques currently used in landscape irrigation installation and service. Students will study basic hydraulics and its practical application to all types of underground sprinklers, pipes, and valves. Automatic controls, backflow protection, and system troubleshooting are also covered during lectures and field trips.
