This course will provide the basic understanding of Fire Inspection principles and Code requirements. Students will meet the requirements as specified in National Fire Protection Association Standard 1031 (Professional Requirements for Fire Inspector I). This course will also provide detailed work to prepare students to take the written Southern Building Code Congress International (SBCCI) Fire Inspector Level I Examination.
