The Krav Maga Self-Defense Training system was designed and developed to be an ideal and realistic means to quickly and efficiently learn to defend oneself in the face of life threatening danger. Most importantly, the purpose of this program is to attain the actual ability to perform realistic defenses against a variety of attacks including how not to be a victim. Through the Krav Mava Self-Defense System you will learn to defend yourself and feel safer by learning a variety punches, kicks, and striking techniques, performing realistic drills and training situations, and other self-defense techniques against several types of holds and grabs. The training regimen of the Krav Maga Self-Defense Training System is also a great workout for conditioning, toning, weight-loss and building your body. GET IN SHAPE TODAY AND MAKE YOURSELF SAFER!
