Home Inspection II of the Professional Home Inspection course is designed to cover the practical aspects of conducting a home inspection related to: heating, cooling, appliances, pools, termites and environmental issues. Also discussed are home inspection licensing laws, tools, agreements, checklists, reporting, ethical issues, building codes and industry certifications and associations such as ASHI. This course is approved for 45 hours of Home Inspector Licensing education by the State of Tennessee. Home Inspection I & II total 90 hours of approved education.
