This course presents a study of the nutrients and their utilization in the body. Nutrition care for diseases and health conditions, which include stress conditions, liver and kidney disease, eating disorders, mental health and disease of infancy and childhood. Documentation of nutrition care given and quality assurance in nutrition components are included.
