Mediation is a third party neutral Intervention process that is an alternative to Litigation. Family Mediation focuses on equitable distribution, support and custody issues in divorce, as well as emotional issues. Civil Mediation covers employment, business, personal injury, sexual harassment and community issues. This course covers Family Mediation and meets the training requirements as outlined under Supreme Court of the State of Tennessee, Rule 31.
