This workshop is designed to present crucial issues that faculty face with today's students. More and more, faculty is asked to make accommodations for ADA students, deal with unusual and difficult discipline problems, and maintain classroom decorum despite great odds. Skills are now necessary in conflict management in terms of student-to-student situations and student-to-teacher interaction.
