This course is designed as an exam preparation course for those interested in taking the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam. All three major sections of the exam which include Serving Patients, Medication and Inventory Control Systems, and Administration and Pharmacy Practice will be covered. This course will cover additional information on pharmacology as it relates to specific body systems and will review the basic math required for pharmacy measurements and calculations. Practice texts will be utilized to help the students identify their strengths and weaknesses, monitor their progress, and improve their text taking skills.
