This is the third of four courses in Southwest s Medical Transcription Program. It covers transcription as it relates to several different types of surgery. Students work independently at home and attend assisted labs. It takes approximately 160 hours to complete the transcription and all the recommended course work. Students will need to have access to a computer and purchase any required materials and software.
