This class will demystify digital photography jargon like "white balance", "depth of field", "exposure compensation", and "fill flash". Students will learn the basics of using a digital camera. Finally, students will be able to have fun with their camera, sharing photos on the web, and being able to print great photographs. Students will also experiment with editing techniques, such as those used to remove "red eye." Through the generosity of the H.W. Durham Foundation, Kodak EasyShare cameras will be provided for in-class use.
