Teenagers or young adults will learn the basics of Microsoft Word that apply to common high school and college tasks. Students will learn how to create a new document, edit existing documents, apply formatting to characters and paragraphs, set margins, and insert page breaks. Additionally, they ll learn to use the proofing tools to identify and correct spelling and grammar errors and built-in reference books such as the dictionary and thesaurus. Pre-requisite(s): Course completion or equivalent experience of Keyboarding A to Z plus Introduction to Windows is recommended.
