Technology professionals who require a basic understanding of the Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework or who are seeking ITIL certification need to know this framework for improving quality of IT service management. Students will learn the ITIL code of practice for achieving the efficient support and delivery of high quality, cost effective IT services. Students participate in group discussions, test-taking-tips, and other activities that are useful in preparing for the ITIL Foundation Certification Examination.
