This is the fourth of four semester courses designed to provide Cisco local Academy (CLA) instructors with a technical knowledge base about Cisco technology. Instructors will learn the "Best Practices" as outlined in the Cisco instructor's guidebook on the appropriate teaching methodologies that correlate to this program Topics will include Point-to-Point Protocol, Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), WAN Design, Frame Relay, Network Management, and preparation for the CCNA test.
