In this highly interactive course, students will receive focused and concentrated instruction as they begin to learn the lender's language and processes used to approve a loan request. Some of the topics covered include: What Lenders Look For; How Your Business Plan Is Read; Key Financial Statements and What They Tell The Lender; Questions to Ask Lenders Before Submitting Your Request; How To Analyze Your Own Loan Request; How to Package Your Loan Request; Preparing For The Interview; Where to Look for Money with Not-So-Good Credit; and Enhancing Your Credit.
