When a group works together, they are bound to encounter problems and conflict. Knowing how to get to the root of the problem or conflict, considering all the possible solutions and then deciding which solution best resolves the problem is essential for maintaining team cohesiveness. In this highly interactive course, participants will learn how to solve problems and conflict while maintaining and nurturing team unity.
