This training course addresses the issues and complexities of harassment in the workplace or organizational setting. Discussion and review will be conducted focusing on the following topics: overview and introduction of terms and definitions, types of harassment, employer liabilities; preventative measures, policies and procedures, mitigation, and training requirements.
