This course focuses on the information and skills needed to manage a project from a quality perspective. Proven leadership and management techniques will be covered in detail. Strategies for improving processes and increasing productivity will be identified and discussed. Topics covered also include customer satisfaction, creating positive work environments, risk management and cost containment.
