This interactive course will assist you in understanding the process of change that takes place frequently in today's businesses and companies. Learn how to adapt and address new situations and conditions that we all face in the performance of our jobs. Topics include: Dynamics of Change, Phases of Change, Communications and the Four Roles of Leadership. The first part of the course will focus on personal change and how to effectively cope with change.
