This course is designed for plumbers, general contractors, architectural engineers and draftsmen, and landscape and building maintenance personnel. This course covers the design, function, inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of reduced-pressure backflow prevention devices and prepares the student for the certification test. Cross-connection protection is also covered. The course includes both lecture and laboratory training.
