This course includes topics that will enable participants to learn more about their unique leadership skill base and how they utilize those skills to accomplish goals and objectives. The course includes the DISC profile, which will enable participants to learn more about their people style; whether the participant is a driver, expressive, amiable or analytical style. Armed with this information, participants will learn new ways to flex to the styles of others.
