This course introduces students to the fundamentals of landscape design as it applies to residential and commercial landscapes. Included are the study of site evaluation, plan graphics, plant and landscaping materials selection, business aspects of landscape design and the principles of formal and informal design. Students prepare sketches and finished designs. Prerequisite(s): HRT 119; HRT 210; HRT 214.
