The housekeeping department is the largest single department in most hotels. This course gives students a well rounded knowledge in the exceptionally important area of housekeeping and how it is related to hotel, motel, and restaurant operations. Safety and security, managing inventories, guest room and public area cleaning, linens, and controlling expenses will all be covered in depth. Co requisite(s): LRM 132.
